At Ibiza Fever, we try to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. The Shipping Policy outlines the essential information regarding shipping, delivery times, and related details for your convenience.

Shipping Timeframe
Upon placing an order, we process and dispatch your items within 48 hours, all days, not only business days. While we aim to maintain promptness in our shipping, please note that delivery times may vary based on your location:
Europe: up to 10 business days
International: 10-20 business days

Please bear in mind that factors such as customs clearances or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact delivery times.

It's essential to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. Ibiza Fever is not responsible for orders undelivered or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

Ibiza Fever has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What Happens to the Returned Items
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to the sender, but most often, it’s due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by our end customer.

Please note that
Any returns that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. However, if a return occur due to incorrect sizing or return orders with no defects, we’ll place a new order that you’ll have to pay for.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
1. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
